Babacloud
Babacloud is a computational analysis server to provide widely distributed data processing using fully automated analysis pipelines developed in Babacenter or in collaboration with Babacenter.
Babacloud establishes a novel mechanism for scientific crowdsourcing: other researchers can analyse their own data using our advanced algorithms without sharing sensitive datasets.

The analysis pipelines in Babacloud are fully automatic to
i) support its use without technical skills, and
ii) ensure that the analyses are objective and identical accross datasets and study sites. l
Babacloud is currently supporting automated analysis of neonatal EEG monitoring data, as well as wearable recordings using MAIJU and NAPPA systems.
The user may access Babacloud analyses in two ways (see the Fig below):
i)by uploading individual data files via web browser interface or
ii)by analysing full datasets in a batch mode by using an API script in Python.
